Job summary

A leading healthcare BPO is seeking a Quality Auditor – Medical Coding in Taguig. This role requires expertise in auditing coding accuracy and ensuring compliance across Emergency, Observation, and Surgical cases. Candidates should have at least 4 years of medical coding experience, certification from AHIMA or AAPC, and previous BPO experience. The position offers a competitive salary up to Php 70,000, HMO insurance, and additional incentives such as an annual company trip and free meals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of medical coding experience.
• BPO experience in medical coding is required.
• Certified in medical coding (AHIMA or AAPC).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily coding audits based on assigned sample coverage.
• Maintain minimum 95% quality accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with internal and client coding standards.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with coders, QA teams, and leadership.
• Utilize and demonstrate working knowledge of the EPIC system.
