Job summary
A medical coding company seeks an experienced medical coder in Taguig. The successful candidate will analyze medical records for accurate coding using CPT, ICD, and HCPCS codes. Qualifications
- Active PHRN license must be indicated on the CV.
- AHIMA or AAPC coding certification required.
- At least 2 years of experience in Outpatient Facility Coding.
- Hands-on experience with EPIC and CPT Codes / ICD-10-CM required.
Responsibilities
- Analyze medical records and physician notes to identify billable services.
- Review documentation and assign correct procedure charges.
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and HIPAA.
- Meet daily productivity targets and participate in feedback sessions.
