Overview

The Senior Media Assistant supports the media operations team by ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing of media bookings, and proper maintenance of client and supplier records. This role plays a key part in coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth media execution and billing accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Accredit suppliers and clients by ensuring all required documents are complete, accurate, and properly processed
• Manage actualization and adjustments of media invoices in coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Create and process media insertion orders and/or booking orders through Starscape
• Maintain and update master data for clients and suppliers, ensuring all details and documentation are current and accurate
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies related to bookings, invoices, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company processes and media operation standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in media operations, media administration, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately
• Familiarity with media booking systems (e.g., Starscape) is an advantage
• Good organizational and time-management skills
