Job summary

Intro Recruitment Asia in Makati is seeking a Senior Mechanical Designer to join our Manila team. This hands-on role focuses on mechanical and structural design, with piping exposure, mentoring, and coordinating the design workload with the Lead Designer.

The successful candidate will deliver and review 3D models and drawings, ensure compliance with Australian Standards and client deadlines, and support cross-disciplinary teams in Manila and Australia.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in mechanical design and drafting.
• Experience in materials handling or process plant design.
• Experience mentoring or checking work of designers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workload and priorities with the Lead Designer.
• Deliver and review design models and drawings for mechanical, structural, and piping layouts.
• Mentor junior and intermediate designers and perform peer checks.
• Develop 3D models, layouts, GA, and detailed drawings.
• Ensure designs meet Australian Standards and project deadlines.
