Job summary

Hussar Enterprises in the Philippines is seeking an experienced heavy equipment mechanic to join our field service team in Isabela. The role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines, hydraulic and electrical systems on excavators, loaders, bulldozers, and cranes at customer sites or our yard.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or mentor junior mechanics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of mechanic experience, preferably with heavy equipment.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic and electrical systems, transmissions, and heavy machinery.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing excavators, loaders, bulldozers, forklifts, cranes, or similar equipment.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools, mechanical tools, and repair manuals.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and lead or assist junior mechanics.
• Physically fit and willing to work in field/site environments.
• Willing to travel for field repairs when required.
• NC II certification or relevant technical certification is an advantage.
