Job Description:

The Senior Marketing Officer will lead strategic marketing initiatives, oversee brand expansion efforts, and drive engagement through content creation and social media management. This role requires strong leadership skills, analytical expertise, and the ability to implement data-driven marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting marketing online and offline strategies, managing partnerships, and mentoring junior marketing staff.

He/She must be a highly responsible, flexible, and creative individual, with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers. She will be working closely with the management to research, develop and implement plans and strategies. This driven individual should have analytics knowledge and experience to back it up.

Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.

  • Lead brand positioning efforts and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

  • Identify market trends and opportunities to refine marketing strategies.

  • Manage key industry brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and sponsorship opportunities.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members.

Social Media Strategy and Execution
  • Oversee and refine social media strategies to maximize audience engagement and lead generation.

  • Direct content strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand voice.

  • Monitor social media performance and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.

  • Supervise social media interactions, ensuring timely and professional responses to queries and reviews.

  • Monitor communication with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and manage customer reviews.

Content and Campaign Development
  • Lead the development of content calendars and marketing campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the Creatives Team and Paid Specialists to create compelling marketing assets.

  • Approve and refine content before publication to maintain brand quality and consistency.

  • Innovate new content formats and storytelling techniques to enhance audience engagement.

Email Marketing

  • Create and design email campaigns to support promotions, events, and updates.

  • Monitor email campaign performance (e.g., open rates, click-through rates).

Performance Measurement and Reporting
  • Track, analyze and report on social media and email marketing performance metrics, including engagement, reach, conversion rates and campaign effectiveness

  • Define KPIs for marketing initiatives and ensure ongoing optimization.

  • Develop high-level strategic insights for management based on performance data.

  • Use insights to optimize digital and email strategies and campaigns to improve performance

Innovation and Trendspotting

  • Stay updated on emerging social media and email marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

  • Experiment with new content formats, engagement strategies, and email templates to drive audience growth

  • Provides support and guidance to other members of the team.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Ensure integration across Creatives and Paid Specialists for cohesive content and campaigns.

  • Maintain a strong network with industry professionals, mall personnel, and influencers.

  • Proficient in social media and content software such as Sprout, Canva, and Capcut.

Requirements

  • Graduate of BS Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or equivalent

  • Must have a related job experience and proven track record minimum of at least 1 year.

  • Tech-savvy, passionate, and creative.

  • Organized with excellent time management skills.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

  • Can work in fast-paced environment

  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig

  3. Demonstrate positive attitude by showing professionalism, courtesy, cooperation to both internal and external customers

  4. Manage and send the reports required including but not limited to sales, accidents, injuries, equipment damages, etc.

  5. Follow company protocols for discipline, performance management and safety.

  6. Manage compliance to club house rules and SOPs. Notify the club manager or department head of any unsafe acts or conditions as soon as possible.

  7. Ensure that all exercise equipment is in good condition. Clean equipment and gym regularly.

  8. Participate in safety training and safety inspections.
