Qualifications

• Higher education in Economics, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Strong moderation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking abilities; proactive and takes initiative.
• Strong communication skills with assertiveness.
• Collaborative team player.
• International mindset and cultural awareness.
• Proficient in MS Office tools and BI tools; familiarity with online survey tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, analyze, and present market research projects—ad hoc.
• Consult and support implementation of findings from market research.
• Identify internal market research needs and proactively develop solutions.
• Develop and maintain the internal Competitive Intelligence Tool (mafo platform).
• Monitor and screen relevant market information, products and trends.
• Prepare market analyses and market reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, personnel, and regulatory requirements.
