Job summary

Adani Transmission is seeking a senior professional to oversee regular monitoring and lead all business process transformation initiatives (Disha). The role requires coordinating with departments for reports, managing MIS outputs for technical services, and ensuring maintenance and spares planning.

You will drive sustainability reporting with KPMG and support IMS, SMS and CHETNA programs. Daily PTW system monitoring in SAP and ensuring process compliance are also part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience range: 18-25 years in related field.

Responsibilities

• Regular monitoring and responsible for all business process transformation.
• Maintain and record all business process transformation activity – Disha.
• Implementation and monitoring of all system-integrated activity – Disha.
• Coordination with other departments for report preparation.
• Coordinating business process transformation initiatives in TPP with Super Critical Technology.
• Ensuring and validating all daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly MIS reports related to technical services.
• Short term and long term maintenance planning and monitoring.
• Involvement in Sustainability Report for external agency like KPMG.
• Ensure spare and contract availability before overhauling and follow-up.
• Preparing and monitoring of spares procurement plan.
• Support activities of IMS including internal/external audits as per schedule.
• Organizing sustenance review meetings (PMO) and tracking of all process compliances and KPI compliances.
• Responsible for preparing and monitoring IMS documentation.
• Support activities of SMS and CHETNA.
• Daily basis monitoring of PTW System in SAP.
