Position: Senior Manager – Governance and Compliance

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective compliance program to manage risks by ensuring business operations and transactions follow all relevant legal internal rules.

• Develop and implement an effective compliance program to manage risks.
• Draft and revise company policies; create sound internal controls and metrics to track compliance with them; and perform audits on processes, practices, and documents.
• Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation; collaborate with HR when needed and external auditors as required.
• Champion compliance within the organization and educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices.
• Stay updated on all laws related to the industry and ensure the company conducts business according to new regulations.

Requirements include compelling communications skills, a Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or Finance, and at least five years of experience in risk management and compliance roles with knowledge of legal requirements and controls.
