PERSOL is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager (Gaming Governance) to drive governance, project management, and stakeholder coordination for a major sporting and racing facility closure.

The role covers records management, vendor oversight, policy development, and operational support to ensure timely delivery. Ideal candidates have strong communication, governance experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in project management, governance, contract administration, and vendor management.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project workstreams, ensuring key milestones are delivered on schedule.
• Engage and collaborate with internal teams, government agencies, suppliers, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Manage vendors, consultants, and site inspections/visits.
• Oversee records management and archival processes, ensuring governance compliance.
• Support development, implementation, and review of policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Manage project administration, including budget tracking, billing, vendor payments, and timelines.
• Coordinate meetings and stakeholder engagements, prepare materials, document key discussions and decisions, and track follow-up actions.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Provide administrative and operational support for ad hoc project workstreams.
