Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 3+ years Revenue Cycle experience; 3+ years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for the Denials Management team to meet performance metrics.
• Lead, coach, and develop leaders and team members within the denials management downline.
• Ensure accounts are worked within SLAs, productivity standards, and payer requirements.
• Develop and execute action plans to improve performance across denial prevention, appeal, and recovery workflows.
• Analyze accounts receivable, denial, payer, and operational trends to identify root causes and provide actionable improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships to meet contractual SLAs and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payer issues and support disputes.
• Provide data and reporting to support escalations, disputes, and strategic decisions.
