AdventHealth in Maitland, Florida is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Denials Management team. You will drive strategy for AR denial prevention, appeals, and recovery workflows, while ensuring performance against SLAs, quality, and payer requirements.

You will coach and develop leaders, manage vendor relationships, analyze trends, and partner with revenue cycle colleagues to resolve payer issues and deliver superior denial management results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years Revenue Cycle experience.
• 3+ years leadership experience.
• HFMA certification preferred.
• CRCR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for the Denials Management team.
• Lead, coach and develop leaders and staff.
• Ensure accounts meet SLAs, productivity, quality and payer requirements.
• Develop action plans to improve performance and address gaps.
• Analyze AR, denials and trends to drive improvements.
