Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license required.
• USRN candidates may be considered.
• 2–3 years of clinical management experience or 8 years in supervisory Utilization Management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and navigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop supervisors, managers and clinical operations teams to meet business and operational goals.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and performance management to frontline leaders.
• Foster accountability, engagement, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Communicate priorities, expectations and performance standards effectively.
• Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure productivity, accuracy, quality and compliance.
• Drive achievement of TAT targets (hourly/daily/weekly).

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Operations Manager to lead and optimize clinical operations within a fast-paced, metrics-driven Utilization Management environment. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple teams and frontline leaders, driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, meeting critical turnaround times (TATs), and developing high-performing teams. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader with proven management experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and develop supervisors, managers, and clinical operations teams to achieve business and operational goals.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to frontline leaders.
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Communicate organizational priorities, expectations, and performance standards effectively.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations to ensure productivity, accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Drive achievement of hourly, daily, and weekly turnaround time (TAT) targets.
• Monitor operational performance through dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools.
• Implement corrective actions and performance improvement plans as needed.

Strategic Planning & Process Improvement

• Develop and execute operational strategies that support growth, scalability, and service excellence.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize operational performance and customer experience.

Workforce & Hybrid Team Management

• Manage workforce planning, staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure appropriate coverage, workload distribution, and productivity across teams.
• Support hybrid and onsite work requirements while maintaining operational effectiveness.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and internal policies.
• Partner with quality teams to drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Lead audit preparedness and oversee corrective action implementation when necessary.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as an escalation point for complex operational and clinical issues.
• Collaborate with clinical, account management, and operational stakeholders to support service delivery.
• Present operational updates, risks, insights, and action plans to senior leadership.

Reporting & Analytics

• Analyze operational data, quality metrics, staffing needs, and performance trends.
• Utilize data-driven insights to forecast risks, optimize resources, and improve outcomes.
• Deliver accurate and timely management reports and business recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Graduate
• Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) License required
• USRN candidates may also be considered, subject to demonstrated employment stability
• Minimum 2–3 years of Clinical Management experience OR 8 years of Supervisory experience in Utilization Management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of computer systems and proficiency in computer navigation
• Experience leading large teams in a performance-driven healthcare environment preferred
