About the Role:

We are seeking a high-caliber Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5 to 7 years of post-qualification experience within a manufacturing setup to lead key finance and accounting functions.

The role demands an energetic candidate (Age: 32 – 33 years) who combines strong technical expertise in financial finalization, statutory compliance (GST/TDS), banking operations, and budgeting with hands-on proficiency in SAP ERP and process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Financial Statements & Finalization:
  • Drive end-to-end financial finalization and monthly, quarterly, and annual closure of accounts in compliance with Ind AS / GAAP.
  • Prepare standalone financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Lead statutory, internal, and tax audit processes, serving as the primary point of contact for auditors to ensure timely completion.
• 2. Budgeting, Variance Analysis & MIS Reporting:
  • Oversee the preparation and consolidation of annual operational and capital expenditure budgets across manufacturing units.
  • Conduct rigorous monthly variance analysis (Budget vs. Actuals) and deliver actionable financial insights to leadership.
  • Generate comprehensive monthly MIS reports highlighting cost drivers, plant margins, and working capital efficiency.
• 3. Direct & Indirect Taxation:
  • Ensure full statutory compliance and return filings for GST, TDS, TCS, and Corporate Income Tax.
  • Oversee GST reconciliations (2B/3B, ITC matching) and handle assessment-related documentation and queries.
• 4. Banking, Treasury & Fund Management:
  • Monitor daily fund positions, plant liquidity requirements, and working capital limits.
  • Manage day-to-day banking operations, foreign currency/forex transactions, and trade finance (LC/BG).
  • Coordinate with financial institutions for credit facilities and fund deployment optimization.
• 5. SAP Development & Process Automation:
  • Act as the finance lead collaborating with technical teams for SAP report development and system enhancements.
  • Drive end-to-end automation of manual financial transactions, reporting workflows, and controls.

Mandatory Candidate Profile:

• Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is Mandatory.
• Age: 32 to 33 Years Maximum (Strict eligibility criteria).
• Industry Experience: Must have core finance & accounting experience within a Manufacturing Industry/Setup.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on operational experience with SAP ERP (FICO) is mandatory.
