Job summary

You will lead planning and execution of engineering initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop the engineering team through supervision and training. The role is based in the Philippines and requires 5-7 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Supervise mall engineering operations and MEPFS systems for safe, efficient utilities.
• Plan and implement repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment.
• Ensure mall compliance with government and LGU standards.
• Lead project planning, contractor bidding, and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mall engineering operations by managing MEPFS systems, repairs, and maintenance.
• Lead planning and execution of engineering initiatives, including proposals and contractors.
• Monitor electricity and water consumption; drive optimization.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety by enforcing policies and inspections.
• Develop and support engineering staff through supervision and training.
