YOUR MISSION

Ensure the optimal performance, maintenance, and safety of our production machinery in alignment with BRC quality standards, internal values, and operating procedures.

️ YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Start-up, monitor, and shut down production machinery.
• Supervise equipment during operations and respond to alerts or anomalies.
• Troubleshoot and manage technical issues during production.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and systems.
• Proactively detect potential malfunctions or breakdowns.
• Execute controlled system stops when necessary for safety or technical reasons.

YOUR PROFILE

• Strong English communication skills – both written and spoken – are essential, as daily communication with our international HQ will be in English.
• Technical diploma or degree in maintenance, mechatronics, or similar.
• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical & mechanical).
• Refrigeration knowledge is a plus.
• You're independent, a team player, and you take initiative when solving problems.
