Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years manufacturing experience, including ≥5 years in maintenance leadership.
• Strong experience in automotive manufacturing or high‑volume industrial environments.
• Proven experience implementing TPM, preventive and predictive maintenance, reliability programs.
• Hands‑on with large presses, benders, and industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
• Develop and implement TPM, preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Manage maintenance for large presses, benders, and critical equipment.
• Reduce downtime via root cause analysis and reliability actions.
• Lead maintenance teams with a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Monitor key metrics: OEE, MTBF, MTTR, equipment availability.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and EHS.
• Support capital projects and manufacturing modernization initiatives.
