Job summary

Remote Talent LATAM seeks a proactive SEO Account Manager for a U.S.-based home services client. You will own the organic strategy, audit contractor work, and ensure quality, accuracy, and client retention.

Responsibilities include QA on pages (Webflow/WordPress), tracking local keyword rankings, and running monthly check-ins with business owners. You’ll bridge the client and contractor, report in ClickUp, and drive measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional SEO experience with a focus on Local SEO.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience managing local service business accounts.
• Hands-on experience with ClickUp or similar PM tools.
• Familiarity with WordPress or Webflow for auditing on-page implementations.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between agency and external SEO partner, set goals, audit work, and enforce deadlines.
• Perform quality-control on client websites (Webflow/WordPress) ensuring on-page optimizations are published.
• Lead monthly virtual check-ins with local business owners, focusing on leads, calls, ROI.
• Monitor account health using metrics like form submissions, map packs, and retention.
• Maintain tasks and reporting in ClickUp and coordinate contractor follow-ups.
• Identify performance dips or gaps and take ownership to resolve.
