Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, business‑oriented Senior Litigation Lawyer to manage complex disputes across multiple jurisdictions. This role requires a strong project management mindset, cross‑functional collaboration, and a proactive, solution‑driven approach to legal risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex litigation and dispute resolution matters, aligned with business objectives.
• Act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders on disputes, contracts, and risk exposure.
• Coordinate and oversee external counsel globally, ensuring consistency, quality, and cost control.
• Draft and review key legal documents (pleadings, claims, legal opinions, settlements).
• Provide early‑stage dispute assessments, including breach analysis, termination strategies, and recoverability.
• Drive evidence collection and preservation in collaboration with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Commercial).
• Act as a legal project manager, ensuring visibility, timelines, structured reporting, and end‑to‑end case management.
• Support internal investigations, insurance matters, and regulatory issues when required.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with at least 5+ years’ litigation experience (top‑tier law firm and/or in‑house).
• Strong expertise in civil and commercial litigation.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
