DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage DAILIES operations in all projects where daily lease is being offered.
- Manage all staff involved in daily operations, including but not limited to receptionists and room attendants.
- Ensure achievement of topline revenue targets for SMDC Leasing & Tenancy Management (Primekey).
- Handle client relations with unit owners, guests, and other internal clients.
- Make timely, fair, and informed decisions on concerns and complaints raised.
- Ensure efficient operations and compliance with the budget.
- Monitor room availability and occupancy.
- Ensure online presence is active and rates are competitive with the market.
- Ensure operating standards and procedures are established and followed.
- Conduct regular unit inspections.
- Ensure timely submission of reports.
- Manage inventory for operations and ensure reports are complete and ready.
- Conduct quarterly market studies.
- Develop innovative ways and services to increase revenue.
- Effectively train new hires and ensure their readiness for job demands.
- Foster strong relationships and teamwork within the team by promoting inclusivity and camaraderie.
- Perform other tasks as assigned or required.
