Qualifications

• Proficient in Java and Spring/Spring Boot for backend development.
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Strong understanding of API, microservices and integration concepts (REST, JSON, XML, message queues).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling.
• Knowledge of AWS or OpenShift container platforms.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum ceremonies and methodologies.
• Experience writing efficient, reusable, and reliable code; unit testing focus.
• Experience with Git for version control and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a development team to align with technical direction.
• Ensure quality products through sound engineering practices.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
