CodeRoad is hiring a Senior Engineer to own the technical health and architectural evolution of Java backends for US-based clients. You will drive 3-tier architectures, APIs, and database optimization while mentoring the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Java and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate).
• Strong SQL database management, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of robust Java architectures with a focus on performance and security.
• Design and evolve RESTful integrations to automate enterprise workflows.
• Manage SQL environments, schema design, and query optimization.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Identify and reduce technical debt, drive modern engineering practices across delivery lifecycle.
