JWay Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to design and develop high-quality web applications. You will collaborate with managers and fellow engineers to implement scalable solutions and ensure robust performance across multiple projects.

Responsibilities include architectural design, bug resolution, documentation, and mentoring junior engineers while aligning with company practices and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• More than five (5+) years of experience in web applications development.
• Experience in designing and developing high availability and scalable web applications.
• Strong understanding of software development practices and concepts.
• Knowledge of OOP, design patterns, multi-threading and data security.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement quality web applications.
• Participate in design, architecture, and performance optimization of web applications.
• Join calls with customers and partners as needed.
• Resolve bugs, refactor, and optimize code.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Mentor other engineers.
• Improve code quality by peer reviews.
• Work with IT Director and Technical Manager to establish team process maps.
