Job summary

EY GDS Philippines invites a Japanese-speaking Consulting Senior to join our dynamic team in Taguig or Cebu. You will work with clients to solve complex business problems and improve performance, leveraging your Japanese language skills to interact with Japanese clients and stakeholders.

As a senior member, you will collaborate with the team lead and project managers, contribute to proposals, deliver high-quality consulting services, and mentor junior colleagues while adhering to project

Qualifications

• Fluency in Japanese (N3–N1).
• 3–6 years of experience in management consulting or relevant field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
• Good understanding of the consulting process and project lifecycle.
• Role available in Taguig or Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Assist in consulting engagements in close collaboration with the team lead and project managers.
• Utilize your Japanese language skills in facilitating clear communications with Japanese clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to delivering high-quality consulting services, meeting timelines and schedules.
• Assist in writing reports, proposals, and other documentation in both English and Japanese.
• Leverage understanding of Japanese business culture in client interactions.
• Participate in meetings and team discussions, providing insights.
• Act as a mentor and strong team leader, guiding junior team members.
