Qualifications

• Fluency in Japanese (speaking, reading, writing) with proficiency at JLPT N3–N1.
• 1–2 years of experience in management consulting or a relevant field.
• Good understanding of the assurance process and project lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• High analytical ability and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assurance engagements in close collaboration with the team lead and project managers.
• Utilize Japanese language skills to facilitate clear communication with Japanese clients and stakeholders.
• Provide high‑quality assurance services, adhering to project timelines and schedules.
• Assist in writing reports, proposals, and other necessary documentation in both English and Japanese.
• Work predominantly on offshore engagements and communicate with local EY teams.
• Leverage your understanding of Japanese business and corporate culture in client interactions.
• Participate in business meetings and team discussions, providing your valuable insights.
• Adhere to EY audit methodologies, supporting tools and other materials relevant to assurance, risk assessment, and prioritization.
