Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, measure, manage, and report risks across functions.
• Provide oversight of control measures across multiple lines of business.
• Implement and monitor controls to ensure contractual risk compliance and operational effectiveness.
• Investigate security incidents and support related investigations as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with risk stakeholders in customer organizations.
• Demonstrate commitment to continuous personal development and risk framework guidance.
• Serve as a reference for the risk management framework and risk profile guidance.
• Enforce policies to meet ISO 27001 and other applicable standards.
• Maintain knowledge of data privacy regs (PCI-DSS, SSAE, HIPAA).
• Participate in location crisis-management forums and inform delivery leaders of risks.
