Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Senior IT Risk Analyst to provide technical expertise in identifying, assessing, and resolving IT risks across ITS. The role supports enterprise risk management and collaborates with stakeholders to implement risk response plans.

The position emphasizes IT governance, risk management experience, and strong written and verbal communication in a global healthcare environment.

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience working with internal/external audits or risk management.
CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or other relevant certification(s) desired.
Strong client services orientation and communication skills.
Experience in IT governance, risk, and controls, including governance frameworks.
Former Big 4 IT auditor or Financial Services IT risk management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct IT risk assessments, identifying inherent and residual risk ratings.
Apply judgment in evaluating risks and controls; challenge IT customers on risk identification and control adequacy.
Partner with risk owners to obtain risk response plans and monitor implementation.
Assist with oversight and communication of IT risks across ITS and enterprise risk management.
Develop procedures to support operational risk processes and stay current with best practices.
