Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Expertise in project planning, risk, financial and time management.
• PMI PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying complexity under pressure.
• University degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• 10–15 years of experience managing medium to large IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, implement and complete IT projects aligned with organizational goals.
• Plan activities, timelines, deliverables, resources; lead teams to deliver on scope, schedule and budget.
• Manage both technical and business processes to meet requirements cost-effectively.
• Define roles, set performance objectives, coach and evaluate team performance.
• Review requirements and approve specifications and project documentation.
• Monitor progress across work groups and report to stakeholders on progress, problems and solutions.
• Prepare IT Building Permits, Exemption Requests, Risk Acceptance Requests and security questionnaires as needed.
• Provide strong leadership to foster ownership, productivity and engagement.
• Manage project financials through closure and ensure governance compliance.
