ALORICA TELESERVICES, INC. is seeking a Program Director to lead medium to high complexity technology projects within the Automations program. You will coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams and work with stakeholders to ensure engagement and informed decision-making.

The role requires 10+ years in information systems, strong leadership, and superb communication skills to guide teams, manage budgets, and mitigate risks while aligning with enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of information systems experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience leading enterprise-level projects.
• 5+ years of managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Expert ability to oversee large, complex multi-discipline programs.
• Ability to communicate with multiple teams to achieve buy-in and action.
• Excellent cross-group collaboration and leading virtual teams.
• Expert level budget management experience.
• Expert level risk assessment and mitigation planning.
• Strong time-management in fast-paced environments.
• Strong oral and written communication to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute medium to high complexity technology projects.
• Coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
