Job summary

Our Clients in Makati City is seeking an IT Senior Associate (External) to support external consulting engagements focused on cybersecurity, information security, technology governance, and IT assurance. This role requires professionals who can independently manage engagements while leading small project teams.

You will lead client engagements, conduct walkthroughs and interviews, supervise junior consultants, monitor timelines, and present findings to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, plus minimum 3 years in IT consulting or IT assurance.
• Experience handling external client engagements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills required.
• Leadership experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements involving IT governance and cybersecurity assessments.
• Conduct walkthroughs and client interviews.
• Supervise junior consultants during project execution.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to address project risks and challenges.
• Maintain excellent client relationships throughout the engagement.
