Valmont is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to drive optimization and standardization across ERP and business systems. You will engage with Global IT and business stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and lead testing and training activities.

The role requires collaboration across the IT organization, mentoring teammates, and leading multi-project efforts with a focus on process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate with years of relevant experience as stated.
• Understanding of enterprise business systems architecture and usage.
• Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal).
• Strong problem solving, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead key optimization and standardization efforts across ERP and Business Systems.
• Document requirements, develop testing plans, and prepare end-user training.
• Mentor team members and participate in all SDLC phases.
• Collaborate with Global IT and business stakeholders to design technical solutions.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and review release documentation.
