Job summary

Umpisa Inc. is actively seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead a multi-phase ERP transformation program spanning SAP ECC/S4 HANA and Oracle ERP (EBS, Cloud Fusion).

You will elicit requirements, map current/future states, and align stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, and Manufacturing. You will facilitate executive workshops, translate business needs into actionable specifications, and drive process improvements while mentoring junior BAs and SMEs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years in ERP transformation.
• Hands-on SAP (ECC/S4 HANA) and Oracle ERP (EBS, Cloud Fusion) across full lifecycle.
• Deep domain knowledge in two of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, or Manufacturing.
• Experience in large-scale, cross-functional ERP programs in enterprise/global environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills for executive stakeholders.
• Proficient documentation using Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-phase ERP transformation program covering SAP and Oracle ERP platforms.
• Elicit requirements, perform gap analysis, map current/future states, and align stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops with C-suite and other stakeholders to discover needs.
• Translate business needs into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive process improvements across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, and Manufacturing.
• Act as SME in ERP best practices, data migration, and system readiness.
• Mentor junior BAs and SMEs to ensure consistent practices and documentation.
• Support UAT, cutover planning from a business process perspective.
• Create presentations, process flows, business cases, and executive updates.
• Manage cross-functional workshops with IT, vendors, business users, and external consultants.
