Job description

As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will lead the analysis and delivery of complex technology solutions that drive strategic business outcomes. You will be accountable for translating high-level business challenges into actionable insights, influencing key stakeholders, and shaping innovative solutions across enterprise systems. This role requires advanced expertise in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and agile delivery, with a strong focus on strategic impact and leadership.

Position Responsibilities
  • Lead the interpretation and documentation of complex business and functional requirements
  • Analyze and solve business challenges through innovative technology solutions
  • Drive strategic planning and execution of projects/programs
  • Facilitate cross-functional design and review sessions with senior stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into high-quality user stories and technical specifications
  • Define and implement robust acceptance testing frameworks
  • Influence and manage stakeholder expectations across business and technical teams
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts
  • Apply advanced knowledge of enterprise systems and industry trends
  • Amendable to working in QC (hybrid setup) and on a mid-shift schedule (or as required by the business)
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
  • Proven expertise in Agile methodology and business analysis tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related discipline
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced understanding of enterprise-level systems and architecture
  • Experience leading system design, process optimization, and user testing initiatives
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members
