Job summary

Acbel PolyTech (Phils.) Inc. is seeking an experienced IPQC/OQC Engineer to lead our Incoming and Outgoing Quality Control team, ensuring finished products meet specifications and quality standards before shipment.

You will oversee inspections, drive improvements, and coordinate with other departments on CAPA and customer complaints. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years in quality control, including team leadership and familiarity with ISO 9001 or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in final product inspection or OQC.
• Experience in leading quality inspection teams.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, or applicable industry standards.
• Familiarity with customer quality requirements and quality complaint handling.
• Experience in CAPA and continuous improvement is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of inspection methods and quality control processes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze quality data and prepare meaningful reports.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the OQC team in conducting final inspections of finished products before dispatch.
• Develop and implement outgoing quality standards, inspection criteria, and procedures.
• Ensure all outgoing products comply with customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Review and approve inspection reports, test results, and outgoing quality documentation.
• Identify, document, and segregate defective or non-conforming products prior to shipment.
• Analyze outgoing quality data and prepare reports to identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Handle customer quality complaints and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with relevant departments.
• Train and develop OQC personnel on inspection methods, procedures, and quality standards.
• Support internal and external audits related to final product quality.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve outgoing quality and reduce defects.
