JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:
SALES COORDINATION
- Monitor sales target and performance
- Conduct project presentations to sellers/buyers when necessary
- Coordinate with BDOD on showroom concerns
- Take the lead in creating marketing materials and events
- Coordinate sales teams and brokers by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Prepare sales-related reports
- Inform sales partners of project updates, promos, and pay terms
- Monitor the sales progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events if needed
- Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
- Coordinate with JV partners on all sales-related matters
RECRUITMENT - SELLERS
- Identify, shortlist, and recruit leading brokers/sellers for commercial lots
- Develop and implement a recruitment strategy in consultation with hiring managers (SRTD)
- Design eye-catching recruitment advertisements
- Screen sellers via follow-up emails and phone calls
- Follow up on note-worthy informal and networking referrals
TRAINING
- Produce physical and digital selling material
- Conduct project presentations for sellers
- Onboard new sales team
- Monitor training objectives and results
- Collect feedback from sellers about training courses
- Report on the impact of training programs (e.g., sales achieved)
- Maintain updated records of training material, curricula, and costs
OTHERS
Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
