Job summary

Global Ferronickel Holdings, Inc. (FNI) is seeking an Investor Relations Officer to strengthen engagement with investors, analysts, regulators, and other stakeholders.

The role offers direct exposure to the company’s financial performance, capital markets activities, and strategic initiatives. You will analyze performance, prepare presentations and disclosures, manage investor communications, and support earnings calls and roadshows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in investor relations, corporate finance, financial analysis or capital markets.
• Hands-on experience presenting financial performance to senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex financial information.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Research industry trends and prepare insights on metals and capital markets.
• Analyze financial statements and translate results for investors and senior management.
• Prepare investor presentations, reports, disclosures, and other investor-facing materials.
• Coordinate investor engagement activities including earnings calls and roadshows.
