Job summary

Partners Group is seeking a Senior Investment Structure Professional to manage a portfolio of externally administered SPVs and investment holding structures from Manila/Taguig. The role focuses on corporate administration, accounting oversight, and governance coordination with internal teams and external providers.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, a CPA preferred, and 6+ years in financial services or corporate administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or similar; CPA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in financial services, corporate administration, accounting or audit.
• Strong experience in financial reporting and entity administration.
• Good understanding of corporate governance and multi-jurisdictional structures.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage/oversee administration of externally administered SPVs and investment holding structures; coordinate with external administrators.
• Coordinate accounting, financial reporting, audit, and deliverables across jurisdictions.
• Review financial statements, reporting packages, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor service provider performance and deadlines; ensure timely deliverables.
• Support governance processes, including board meetings and statutory filings.
• Act as a key contact point for internal teams, auditors, and service providers.
• Resolve operational, accounting, and administrative issues relating to the entity portfolio.
• Contribute to process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
