Job summary

Boldergroup in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Business Support Associate to join a hybrid team focused on investment reporting, data analytics, and client insights. You will maintain investment data integrity, develop dashboards, and deliver high-quality reporting for portfolios.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with financial databases and BI tools. Knowledge of Bloomberg/Reuters is a plus; CPA is not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience in accounting, financial reporting, investment reporting, fund administration, or financial analytics.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis functions.
• Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Investment Reporting & Data Management: Maintain data feeds, ensure accounts are linked, mapped, and named.
• Coordinate with trustees and stakeholders to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.
• Upload and maintain private investment positions and related records.
• Perform monthly reviews of asset classifications and elevate exceptions for analysis.
• Create and maintain tables, schedules, and support analyses for quarterly client reports.
• Organize client documentation repositories and ensure records are complete and accessible.
• Follow up to obtain missing documentation and ensure reporting compliance.
• Conduct monthly reviews of portfolios to identify non-transparent instruments requiring look-through.
• Source investment factsheets from Bloomberg, Reuters, Morningstar, and others.
• Maintain a knowledge base of investment factsheets and portfolio look-through information.
• Enrich portfolio data using financial market data sources and ensure data quality across systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain investment and portfolio dashboards for clients and RM.
• Produce weekly dashboard reports on SAA adherence, exposures, and portfolio developments.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and visuals; identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate investment reporting data.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting activities.
• Perform reconciliations and assist with audit requests; comply with standards.
