Job summary

Emapta Philippines seeks a Risk Advisory Associate to analyze risk, governance, and controls across client engagements. You will assess risk, prepare findings, and develop practical recommendations to strengthen client operations.

The role offers hybrid work with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, exposure to Australian clients, mentorship, and ongoing professional development through Emapta Academy.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Internal Audit, Risk Management, or related field.
• 2-3 years of end-to-end internal audit or risk advisory experience across multiple engagements.
• Experience with governance, internal controls, enterprise risk management, and SOX.
• Knowledge of risk assessment, remediation, and ISO 31000 principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk advisory engagements including internal audit and compliance projects across industries.
• Collaborate with clients at different organizational levels and across engagements.
• Perform risk-based reviews and document findings with actionable recommendations.
• Prepare engagement files and ensure senior colleagues can review them efficiently.
• Draft engagement reports with practical, commercial guidance for clients.
