Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking an Internal Audit Senior Manager to support the Head of Internal Audit in ensuring effective audit, risk, advisory and governance activities across the organization. The role oversees both Store and Non-Store Audit teams and coordinates whistleblowing administration, data analytics and monitoring.

You will ensure audit plans are delivered on time, maintain high quality standards, and coach team members. Travel nationwide may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy degree required.
• CPA certification required.
• CIA, CISA or CFE preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Internal Audit function for Store and Non-Store audits.
• Translate approved audit plans into priorities, timelines, and resource needs.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of engagements and reports.
• Review working papers, findings, root cause analyses, and recommendations.
• Drive management action plans and monitor closure of audit issues.
• Lead, coach, and develop Audit teams; ensure accountability for quality and timeliness.
• Manage whistleblowing administration, data analytics, monitoring, and advisory engagements.
