Job summary

MR DIY Philippines seeks an Internal Audit Senior Manager to support the Head of Internal Audit in delivering audit, risk, and governance activities nationwide. You will manage Store and Non-Store Audit teams, oversee audits, and mentor staff while ensuring quality and timely outputs.

The role requires a BS Accountancy with CPA and 8–10 years in audit, preferably in retail. Travel to multiple locations nationwide is expected. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• CPA and BS Accountancy are required.
• Experience in internal or external audit is essential.
• Retail, trading or similar industries experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of audit frameworks and internal controls.
• Willing to travel to various retail locations nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Internal Audit across Store and Non-Store functions.
• Plan, prioritize, and allocate audit engagements with timelines and resources.
• Review audit working papers, findings, root cause analysis, and recommendations.
• Ensure timely completion of management action plans and monitor closures.
• Lead, coach, and develop audit teams; manage stakeholder relations.
• Coordinate whistleblowing, analytics, and advisory engagements.
