Job summary

AIA Philippines is seeking an experienced auditor to provide management and the Board with an objective assessment of internal control systems through planning and executing audit assignments. You will work with Senior Audit Managers to design audits, coordinate with regulators and external auditors, and deliver quality reports with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• 7+ years audit experience in insurance/finance
• CIA/CPA or equivalent professional qualification
• Experience with data analytics tools in evaluating control effectiveness
• Experience with audit tools such as TeamMate is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing annual audit plan and schedules; prepare reports to Audit Committee and management
• Coordinate and monitor audits by regulators, external auditors and others
• Plan audits with Senior Audit Managers and ensure adherence to GIA standards
• Execute assigned audit tasks in accordance with GIA Standards
• Lead/direct audit projects to ensure timely delivery and quality reports
• Prepare quality audit reports and discuss resolutions with management
• Develop and maintain relations with management at various levels
