Job summary

Cvent, Inc. is seeking an experienced Integration Business Analyst for its Integrations team in the Corporate Systems division.

You will translate business requirements into technical solutions using Informatica Cloud, Snowflake, and SQL Server, collaborating with stakeholders and developers. The role demands strong project management, agile delivery, and the ability to tackle data integration challenges, ETL design, and API integrations while mentoring resources and ensuring on-time sprint

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT-related field.
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience with IICS, Salesforce and Snowflake.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to see the big picture.
• Excellent planning and project management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of XML, FTP, ETL, API and Web Services.
• Experience with Finance processes (Contracts, Billing, Invoicing, Collections) preferred.
• AWS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Capture functional requirements with business stakeholders.
• Create integration flow designs and technical user stories.
• Create JIRA projects and groom requirements for sprint development.
• Participate in sprint planning with PMs, solution architects and leads.
• Assist in code development, testing, and QA scenario creation.
• Identify best-practice solutions and communicate with internal teams.
• Own sprint delivery including new projects and trainings for new resources.
• Use best practices to anticipate risks and create mitigation plans.
• Troubleshoot data transfer issues across XML, API, SQL, and FTP.
• Participate in weekly project status reviews with leads/managers.
