Job summary

DXC Technology in Manila (Taguig) invites you to join as Integration Architecture and Governance Architect. Lead enterprise integration strategy, governance, and multi-region service delivery to accelerate digitization in a Global FMCG environment.

You will steer KPI-driven governance, oversee PoCs, and drive AI-assisted automation, partnering with platform teams, architects and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in enterprise integration architecture with leadership accountability.
• Experience across APIs, messaging, event streaming, MFT/B2B, iPaaS, SAP integration and cloud.
• Ability to set and govern architecture principles, standards and roadmaps.
• Strong KPI-driven delivery, governance frameworks and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams and multi-region service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise integration strategy, architecture principles and reference architectures.
• Own the EAI governance framework, reviews, risks and exception management.
• Provide senior oversight for integration assessments via ServiceNow and advise on patterns.
• Sponsor PoCs, convert successful ones into reusable templates and templates.
• Drive AI-assisted governance, automation and innovation opportunities.
• Lead globally distributed architects and engineers; report on governance and delivery.
• Define KPIs, dashboards and ensure traceability in ServiceNow and JIRA.
