Job summary

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, mentor junior colleagues, and help shape the engineering strategy while tracking timelines and budgets in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 6+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership or mentoring capacity.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages.
• Strong programming and debugging skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Support a team of software engineers in development of software products.
