Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent mix of education and experience.
Typically 6+ years of relevant industry experience, with 2+ years in a similar software engineering leadership role.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages and development methodologies.

Responsibilities

Support a team of software engineers, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure delivery.
Mentor team members through feedback, coaching and career development planning.
Contribute to execution of the software engineering strategy and technology assessments.
Manage tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets to meet project goals.
