Job summary

Our Clients in the Philippines seeks an experienced Instructional Designer to create engaging, learner-centered training solutions that support business objectives. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain high-quality learning content for diverse audiences, with hands-on experience in Articulate 360.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, or two years of college with at least two years in a Training Supervisor role.
• Proven experience developing instructional materials with Articulate 360.
• Strong collaboration and communication with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies like ADDIE or SAM.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions based on training needs and business objectives.
• Define measurable learning objectives for programs.
• Conduct learning needs analyses and assess audience requirements.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather, validate, and organize content.
• Develop instructional materials including eLearning courses, facilitator guides, learner manuals, and other resources.
• Apply ADDIE or SAM methodologies throughout course development.
• Create multimedia learning assets such as videos, simulations, and interactive modules.
• Design assessments and evaluation tools to measure learning outcomes.
• Publish and manage content within a Learning Management System (LMS).
