Job summary

Trend Micro Incorporated-Philippine Branch is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead FedRAMP operations and drive the organization’s compliance program for government cloud services. The role requires coordinating with internal IT, security, and development teams to ensure alignment with FedRAMP standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in information security or network administration within an enterprise-level SOC.
• Proficient with firewalls, Windows Servers, PCs; routers and switches experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in security compliance or GRC, preferably supporting U.S. public sector security authorizations.
• In-depth knowledge of FedRAMP, CMMC, NIST 800-53, NIST RMF, FISMA and similar frameworks.
• Proficient in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems and risk assessment procedures.
• Skilled in network security and architecture, wired and wireless.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage FedRAMP Operations; act as PH Technical Lead for processing FedRAMP security cases with Americas FedRAMP Ops.
• Oversee security monitoring and compliance efforts; develop, implement FedRAMP compliance program.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate FedRAMP requirements into processes and tech stacks.
• Develop and maintain SSPs, policies, procedures, and controls; automate POA&M and continuous monitoring.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits for ongoing FedRAMP compliance.
• Provide guidance on FedRAMP topics; coordinate with external auditors and assessors.
• Prepare and present detailed compliance reports to senior management.
