Lennor Metier seeks a seasoned Industrial Engineer to drive capacity planning, line balancing, and process improvements in a high‑volume electronics manufacturing setting. The role requires hands-on time study and space optimization expertise, with cross‑functional collaboration across production, facilities, and warehousing.

You will lead layout assessments, product transfers, and productivity initiatives to maximize efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong background in capacity planning, line balancing, and manufacturing optimization.
• Hands-on experience with standard time development, cycle time analysis, and productivity improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead capacity planning and resource analysis to support mass production, NPI, and expansion requirements.
• Develop, validate, and maintain standard times to ensure accurate capacity assessments and workforce planning.
• Conduct line balancing, cycle time analysis, and work measurement studies to identify bottlenecks and improve productivity.
• Oversee space planning, facility layout optimization, and production line setup to maximize equipment utilization and material flow.
• Support product transfers and manufacturing expansion projects, including layout assessments and cost estimates.
• Analyze manufacturing workflows, man–machine interactions, and material movement for process improvement.
• Perform Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and process flow analysis to reduce waste and improve performance.
• Utilize manufacturing data, capacity models, and performance metrics to support decisions and CI initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Facilities, Warehousing, EHS, and other teams to implement improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, resource optimization, and safety.
