Job summary

Lennor Metier is recruiting an experienced Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer for a core capacity planning and production optimization role based in Cavite, Philippines. You will lead capacity planning, line balancing, and process improvements across mass production and NPI initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of electronics/semiconductor manufacturing experience, strong data analysis, and proven cross-functional project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related Engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in electronics, semiconductor, or related manufacturing industries.
• Strong background in Industrial Engineering principles, capacity planning, line balancing, and manufacturing process optimization.
• Hands-on experience in standard time development, cycle time analysis, work measurement, and productivity improvement.
• Experience in facility layout planning, space optimization, production line setup, or product transfer activities.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into actionable operational improvements.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects involving Production, Facilities, Warehousing, and other manufacturing functions.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead capacity planning and resource analysis to support mass production, NPI, and production expansion.
• Develop, validate, and maintain standard times to ensure accurate capacity assessments and efficiency.
• Conduct line balancing, cycle time analysis, and work measurement studies to identify bottlenecks.
• Oversee space planning, facility layout optimization, and production line setup to maximize utilization.
• Support product transfers and manufacturing expansion projects with layout assessments and cost estimates.
• Analyze manufacturing workflows and material movement to identify process improvements.
• Perform Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and process flow analysis to reduce waste and improve performance.
• Utilize manufacturing data, capacity models, and KPIs to support decisions and CI initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Facilities, Warehousing, EHS, and other teams to implement improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, safety, and efficiency.
